About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Remote Game Producer to manage the development lifecycle of exciting new game projects. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering high-quality games on time and within budget, fostering a collaborative and productive remote environment. This role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams through all phases of development, from concept to launch.

- Oversee the end-to-end development process for assigned game projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans using project management software.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among remote team members, including designers, engineers, artists, and QA testers.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular progress reports and updates to senior management.
- Champion agile methodologies and best practices to optimize team performance and workflow in a remote-first setting.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in game production or project management within the gaming industry.
- Proven success in shipping multiple game titles across various platforms.
- Strong understanding of the game development lifecycle and various production methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing remote teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
