About the Role

Our client is looking for an imaginative and user-centric UI/UX Designer to join their remote-first team, contributing to innovative projects in the Arts & Entertainment space. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and seamless user experiences for games and interactive applications. This role requires a deep understanding of user psychology, interaction design principles, and a passion for creating engaging digital experiences.

Working remotely, you'll collaborate with a distributed team to deliver exceptional products that captivate players worldwide.

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces (UI) for games and digital platforms, ensuring a cohesive visual style.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user journeys.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs for optimal user experience (UX).
• Collaborate closely with game designers, programmers, and artists to implement UI/UX solutions effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices in the gaming industry.

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in game development or interactive media.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience with game development pipelines and familiarity with common game engines is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
