XL Event Lab is expanding its live events footprint in Washington State. We are seeking a Head of Live Events to lead venue development, secure key partners, and drive regional growth for touring experiences across the state.
You will identify opportunities, build relationships with venue owners, negotiate commercial agreements, and oversee the procurement process from start to finish, with eventual team-building responsibilities as activity scales.
