Remote E-sports Community Manager

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and connected Remote E-sports Community Manager to build and nurture a thriving online community around their competitive gaming initiatives. You will be the primary point of contact for our community, fostering positive interactions, managing online discussions, and organizing virtual events to enhance engagement and loyalty within the Leisure & Sports e-sports ecosystem.

• Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the online e-sports community across platforms like Discord, Reddit, and Twitch.
• Monitor online conversations, respond to community feedback, and address member concerns promptly and professionally.
• Organize and host online community events, tournaments, and engagement activities.
• Create compelling content, including announcements, updates, and engaging posts, to keep the community informed and excited.
• Act as a liaison between the community and the internal teams, relaying feedback and insights.
• Moderate online forums and discussions to ensure a positive and respectful environment for all members.

• Proven experience in community management, preferably within the gaming or e-sports industry.
• Deep understanding of online gaming culture, popular e-sports titles, and community platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to handle conflicts and moderate online discussions effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
