• Lead and mentor a team of environment artists, providing artistic direction and feedback.
• Create high-quality 3D environment assets, including models, textures, and materials.

• 7+ years of experience as an Environment Artist in the game industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing shipped titles in a lead role.
• Expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, and material creation using software like Maya, Blender, Substance Suite, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency with modern game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity.
• Strong understanding of architecture, lighting, composition, and set dressing principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a remote setting.
