Senior Game Producer

Our client is looking for an accomplished Senior Game Producer to manage the development lifecycle of exciting new game titles, operating in a fully remote capacity from Polokwane. This critical role involves overseeing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality games. You will be the key liaison between development teams, stakeholders, and management, driving communication and problem‑solving.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized and experienced producer with a deep understanding of game development processes and a passion for creating engaging player experiences in a distributed setting.

• Manage all aspects of the game development lifecycle, from pre‑production through launch and post‑launch support.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between cross‑functional teams (art, design, programming, QA).
• Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Ensure the delivery of high‑quality games that meet defined objectives and player expectations.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Game Producer or similar project management role in the gaming industry.
• Proven success in shipping multiple game titles across various platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies in a remote context.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
