Remote Event Planner - Sports & Leisure

Our client is seeking a highly organised and creative Remote Event Planner to conceptualise, plan, and execute a variety of virtual and in-person sports and leisure events for clients worldwide. This fully remote role requires exceptional project management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate complex logistics from a distance. You will manage all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, vendor negotiation, marketing, and on-site coordination (when applicable), ensuring seamless and memorable experiences for attendees.

• Develop event concepts, themes, and objectives in line with client requirements and budget constraints.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, caterers, and entertainment providers.
• Create and manage detailed event project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee event marketing and promotion, including digital campaigns and social media engagement.
• Coordinate event logistics, including registration, staffing, AV requirements, and on-site management.
• Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and prepare comprehensive reports.

• Proven experience as an event planner , with a focus on sports and leisure events.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in event management software and virtual collaboration tools.
