Virtual Event Producer

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and management of engaging online events, including webinars, virtual festivals, online performances, and hybrid experiences. • Oversee the entire lifecycle of virtual events, from concept development and budget management to technical execution and post-event analysis.
• Source, manage, and integrate various virtual event platforms and technologies to create seamless and interactive experiences.
• Collaborate with artists, speakers, sponsors, and marketing teams to ensure event objectives are met and audience engagement is maximized.
• Manage live streaming, interactive features, networking opportunities, and virtual exhibition spaces.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time during live events to ensure a smooth participant experience.
• Develop and refine best practices for virtual event production, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event production, with at least 2 years focused on virtual or hybrid events.
• Proven expertise with virtual event platforms (e.g., Hopin, Bizzabo, vFairs) and live streaming technologies.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
