Music Producer - Independent Artists

Our client is seeking a talented and versatile Music Producer to collaborate with independent artists in Vereeniging . This hybrid role allows for flexibility, combining remote work for initial consultations and digital collaboration with in-person studio sessions as needed. You will be responsible for guiding artists through the entire music production process, from songwriting and arrangement to recording, mixing, and mastering.

• Collaborate with artists to develop musical concepts, song structures, and arrangements.
• Oversee and execute recording sessions, ensuring high-quality audio capture.
• Mix tracks to achieve a polished, professional sound across various genres.
• Master final mixes to prepare them for distribution on streaming platforms and radio.
• Provide creative and technical guidance to artists throughout the production process.
• Manage project timelines and budgets for individual artist productions.

• Proven experience as a Music Producer with a strong portfolio of released work.
• Proficiency in Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, or Cubase.
• Solid understanding of audio engineering principles, mixing techniques, and mastering processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse artists.
• Experience in a hybrid work setting, utilizing remote collaboration tools effectively.
• A degree or equivalent experience in Music Production, Audio Engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
