Event Planner – Remote | Sports, Concerts & Theater
Do you love the energy of live sports, concerts, and theater? We’re looking for a motivated Event Planner to coordinate unforgettable event experiences for clients nationwide. This remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing details, and bringing exciting live events to life.
What You’ll DoConsult with clients to understand their event preferences and budget
Research and coordinate sports, concert, and theater experiences
Secure tickets, seating, and special event add-ons
Manage confirmations and ensure all details are accurate
Provide professional, responsive client support throughout the process
What We’re Looking ForStrong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Basic computer skills, including email, internet research, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Reliable high-speed internet access
