About the Role Our client, a distinguished name in the Videojuegos y Esports sector, is seeking dedicated Testers de Videojuegos de PC . This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere within Mexico . We are looking for individuals who are passionate about PC gaming and possess a meticulous approach to quality assurance. Your responsibilities will include identifying, documenting, and verifying defects in our PC game titles, ensuring they offer a smooth, stable, and high-performance gaming experience for our users.

• Execute test plans and cases specifically designed for PC game titles across various configurations.
• Identify, document, and track bugs related to gameplay, graphics, audio, controls, performance, and stability on PC.
• Reproduce reported issues and verify fixes implemented by the development team.
• Test game compatibility with different hardware components, operating systems, and DirectX versions.
• Perform regression testing to ensure new updates do not introduce unintended problems.
• Provide detailed feedback on user experience, input methods (keyboard/mouse, controllers), and overall game performance on PC.
• Collaborate with the QA team and developers to resolve identified issues effectively.
• Ensure games meet the quality standards expected by the PC gaming community.

• Proven experience as a game tester, with a strong focus on PC gaming.
• In-depth knowledge of PC hardware components, configurations, and operating systems (Windows).
• Familiarity with PC gaming platforms (e.g., Steam, Epic Games Store) and digital distribution.
• Understanding of common PC gaming issues and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• A genuine passion for PC gaming and a broad knowledge of the PC gaming landscape.
• Experience with bug tracking software (e.g., Jira).
• Ability to install and configure games and related software.
