Channel Manager ²

We are looking for an experienced Fortnite Channel Manager to oversee the content and strategy across the Ali-A and Ali-A² You Tube channels.

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day direction of both channels
, developing long-form video ideas, planning upcoming content, managing titles and thumbnails, and ensuring we consistently have a strong pipeline of content planned ahead.

You’ll work closely with Ali, our production team and the wider team to bring ideas to life, identify new opportunities, analyse performance, and help shape the content strategy across both channels.

This is a full-time, long-term remote position with substantial room for professional growth and creative freedom.

• Develop and pitch engaging long-form video ideas for Ali-A and Ali-A².
• Own the content calendar
  , ensuring upcoming uploads and ideas are planned ahead across both channels.
• Oversee the creative direction of videos from ideation through to upload
  , working closely with the production team.
• Develop and review titles and thumbnail concepts
  , ensuring strong packaging across both channels.
• Stay on top of Fortnite updates, trends and the wider You Tube/creator landscape to identify content opportunities.
• Analyse video/channel performance and use insights to help shape future ideas, packaging and channel strategy

• Deep knowledge of Fortnite
  , its community, trends and creator landscape.
• Strong understanding of You Tube and successful long-form gaming/entertainment content

• Strong creative instincts across video ideas, titles and thumbnails

• Highly organised, with excellent time-management and planning skills
  , able to manage a busy content calendar across multiple weekly uploads.
• Proactive and accountable
  , with the ability to identify opportunities and move ideas forward independently

• Comfortable using performance data to inform creative and strategic decisions
  .

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a You Tube Channel Manager, Content Lead or similar role, ideally within gaming or entertainment.
• Experience working with producers, editors and/or designers to bring content from idea to upload.
• Full-time availability, generally 9AM–5PM UK time
  , with flexibility around important Fortnite updates, launches and recordings.
• Familiarity with Discord, Notion and Google Workspace.
• UK/EU based.
