• Manage and track catering equipment, supplies, and deliveries using digital inventory systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges remotely, liaising with relevant teams.
• Oversee event schedules, ensuring timely setup, service, and breakdown.
• Maintain accurate digital records of event details, client feedback, and operational outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with the culinary and sales teams to ensure all event requirements are met.
