You will be responsible for managing all aspects of event logistics, talent coordination, broadcast production oversight, and community engagement, ensuring a world-class experience for players and viewers alike.

• Plan, manage, and execute online and hybrid e-sports tournaments and events from start to finish.
• Coordinate with game developers, publishers, and sponsors to ensure successful event integration.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Develop detailed event schedules, operational plans, and contingency strategies.
• Oversee the selection and booking of virtual venues, broadcast talent, and production crews.
• Liaise with streaming platforms (e.g., Twitch, You Tube Gaming) for optimal broadcast delivery.
• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to drive viewership and participation.
• Manage player onboarding, communication, and support throughout the event lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with game rules, regulations, and league policies.
• Post-event analysis, reporting on key metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide rapid solutions during live events.

• Proven experience (3+ years) in event management, specifically within the e-sports or gaming industry.
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing online tournaments and large-scale digital events.
• Excellent project management skills with a strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• In-depth knowledge of popular e-sports titles, tournament formats, and the competitive gaming ecosystem.
• Familiarity with live streaming production and broadcast technologies.
