Level Designer, Unreal Engine — United Kingdom, Remote

Side is seeking an experienced Level Designer to build playable 3D spaces for first-person action gameplay in Unreal Engine 5.

Location: United Kingdom (remote listing).
Contract: contract; duration not stated.
Time-zone requirement: European coverage, embedded in the Sweden time zone, is essential. This is not advertised as unrestricted worldwide remote work.

• Take gameplay spaces from greybox and blockout through iteration and production.
• Design navigation, combat, exploration and major landmarks using modular level systems that support procedural generation and repeatable play.
• Collaborate with environment art, level art, design and production.

• Practical Unreal Engine 5 level-building and gameplay-implementation skills.
• Experience with action, RPG, co-op or first-person games, modular kits, level metrics, sightlines and player guidance.
• Strong spoken English; applications must include an English CV. Shipped PC/console experience or substantial production experience is strongly preferred.
