Remote Event Planner & Coordinator; Global Clients

Our client is seeking a highly organized and creative Remote Event Planner & Coordinator to manage and execute a diverse portfolio of virtual and hybrid events for a global clientele. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and flawlessly executing events from start to finish, ensuring they meet client objectives and exceed attendee expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of event technology platforms, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including virtual conferences, webinars, product launches, and corporate retreats, for international clients.
• Manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue sourcing (virtual and physical), vendor management, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Develop creative event concepts and themes aligned with client goals and target audiences.
• Utilize and manage various event technology platforms for virtual engagement, registration, and content delivery.
• Liaise directly with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the planning process.
• Oversee event execution on the day(s) of the event, troubleshooting any issues that arise in real-time.
• Manage event budgets effectively, ensuring cost control and maximizing return on investment.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and drive attendee engagement.
• Conduct post-event analysis, gather feedback, and prepare comprehensive reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

• Proven experience (3+ years) in event planning and coordination, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful virtual and hybrid events.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom Events, Hopin, Cvent) and project management tools.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience interacting with international clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have reliable high-speed internet access and a dedicated home office setup.
