You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and management of online e-sports tournaments, ensuring a fair, engaging, and professionally run competition for players and viewers alike.

Your role will involve managing tournament schedules, overseeing match integrity, coordinating with casters and production teams, and resolving disputes swiftly and effectively.
