Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic planning and operational execution of all eSports tournaments.
• Develop detailed tournament schedules, formats, and rule sets.
• Manage all aspects of event logistics, including platform setup, player communication, and broadcast coordination.
• Ensure the smooth and fair running of matches, acting as the final arbiter for disputes.

• Lead and coordinate remote operational teams, including referees, casters, and production staff.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in eSports tournament organization and management.
