Remote Event Coordinator; Virtual & Hybrid Events

Our client, a forward-thinking event management company specializing in virtual and hybrid experiences, is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Remote Event Coordinator. This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of various online and hybrid events, ensuring seamless technical delivery and engaging attendee experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of virtual event platforms, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, speakers, and technical teams.

You will play a key role in ensuring our virtual and hybrid events are successful, impactful, and exceed client expectations, contributing to our company's innovation in event management, irrespective of geographical location.

• Coordinate the planning and execution of virtual and hybrid events from conception to completion.
• Manage event logistics, including scheduling, platform setup, speaker management, and attendee communication.
• Liaise with clients to understand their event objectives and ensure they are met.
• Oversee the technical aspects of virtual events, including streaming, A/V, and platform functionality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during live events, providing real-time solutions.
• Develop event timelines, manage budgets, and track project progress.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to promote events and manage registration processes.
• Gather feedback post-event and contribute to debrief sessions for continuous improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of virtual event technologies and trends.
• Ensure a high-quality and engaging experience for all virtual and hybrid event attendees.

• Proven experience in event planning and coordination, with a specific focus on virtual and hybrid events.
• Proficiency with various virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom Events, Hopin, Cvent, Bizzabo).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
• Tech-savvy with a good understanding of A/V, streaming technologies, and online collaboration tools.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
