Art Director; Fully Remote

• Lead the visual direction of Picture Blast Solitaire, covering art, UX, and game feel.
• Work closely with the product team to create engaging player experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain style guides, including palettes, UI elements, and animation rules.
• Improve game feel through animations, feedback, and satisfying moments.
• Set tasks for art, UX, and VFX teams, reviewing and accepting results.

Requirements:

• 3+ years as Art Director or Art Lead in game development, with mobile casual experience.
• Strong portfolio, deep expertise in 2D art, UI/UX, and game feel.
• Proficiency in Unity (Spine or similar) and current AI tools for art production.
• 18 business days of compensated day-offs, 8 paid personal days per year, and flexible public holidays.
