Dovetail Games is seeking a Lead Artist to drive quality, technical excellence, and artistic vision across Train Sim World titles. You will lead a team, collaborate with the Art Director, and bring hands-on environment art experience to set the visual bar and steer development.
The role requires solving visual and technical problems, evaluating tools and workflows, and driving planning and delivery for the environment team, identifying risks and dependencies to keep the team moving.
