• Shape the first-person animation vision for a new AAA game from the ground up.
• Establish animation systems, workflows, and quality standards.

• Own the vision, quality, and execution of first-person animation systems.
• Create high-quality animations for weapons, hands, locomotion, and abilities.
• Develop and maintain Unreal Engine 5 animation systems.

• At least 7 years of professional animation experience in AAA or AA FPS titles.
• Expert-level knowledge of first-person animation and FPS gameplay feel.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 5 animation systems.
• Competitive annual base salary of $155,000–$170,000 USD.
