• Conduct tax interviews with clients and support do-it-yourself online tax clients through virtual tools (video conferencing, phone, chat, email)
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Collaborate with leaders and peers to communicate how remote work impacts results
• Grow your tax expertise

• Experience completing individual tax returns
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Access to high-speed, reliable internet
• Experience and proficiency with technology (MS Teams and Outlook)
• Ability to communicate complex tax situations concisely via phone, email and chat
• Strong customer service skills; analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent
• High school diploma or higher
• Must complete continuing education requirements and meet IRS and applicable state requirements
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week during peak tax season
• Skill in researching information using tax publications and instructions

• Ability to conduct tax interviews with clients and assist online tax clients through virtual tools
• Ability to grow business and support client retention
• Team-oriented mindset with regular communication with leaders and peers
• Growth mindset in tax expertise
