• Conduct tax interviews with clients and support do-it-yourself online tax clients through virtual tools (video conferencing, phone, chat, email).
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Collaborate with leaders and peers to coordinate remote work and optimize results.
• Grow tax expertise and provide high-quality client service remotely.

• Experience conducting tax interviews and supporting online tax clients via virtual tools.
• Ability to generate client confidence and provide clear guidance on tax matters.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with peers and leaders.
• Willingness to continuously learn and apply tax knowledge.

• Experience completing individual tax returns and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Access to high-speed, reliable internet; proficiency with technology (MS Teams and Outlook).
• Effective communication of complex tax situations via phone, email and chat.
• Strong customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or higher; continuous education requirements and IRS/state requirements as applicable.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during peak tax season.
• Ability to research information using tax publications and tools as needed.

The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Pay decisions depend on factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and location. Eligible associates may participate in incentive plans and receive benefits including medical coverage, retirement plans, and other programs.

Pay Range: $11.00 - $80.00 per hour.
