• Participate in activities outside typical business hours as needed (evenings and weekends) to meet performance goals.
• Engage with clients, assess their needs, present loan options, and guide them through the mortgage process to close loans.
• Collaborate with the team to leverage a wide portfolio of products from 50+ lenders, banks, and investors.

• Resourceful self-starter with a large network and a coachable mindset.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills; comfortable initiating conversations in various settings.
• Willingness to put in substantial outbound efforts (e.g., high-volume calling, open houses, and client outreach).
• Dedication to meeting or exceeding goals with tenacity and grit.
