• Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and data analysis, especially related to finance management
• MSc/PhD in finance or related field preferred but not required

• Current, in‑progress, or completed Masters/PhD in finance, accounting, or a related discipline preferred
• Background in financial reasoning (e.g., accounting, investment banking, wealth management, insurance planning)
