We are looking for a highly skilled Accounts and Finance Manager to oversee all financial matters of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring tax compliance, and providing strategic financial advice to management. The role goes beyond accounting—you will also serve as a consultant and trainer, guiding both management and your team on sound financial practices.

• Manage all company finances, including budgeting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
• Utilize Quick Books for accounting and financial management.
• Ensure adherence to Ghanaian tax laws and financial regulations.
• Advise management on financial strategies to optimize company performance.
• Train and mentor team members on best financial practices.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Chartered Accountant certification (ACCA, ICA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting procedures and Ghanaian tax laws.
• Proficiency in Quick Books or similar accounting software.
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Experience in real estate is not required, but a plus.
