Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Mortgage Loan Officer who can source their own leads, build relationships, and close deals in a fast-paced environment. This remote role requires persistence, a coachable mindset, and a strong drive to exceed goals.
Responsibilities- Source your own leads and actively build a network of contacts to generate mortgage opportunities.
- Make 15, 30, 40, or more calls per day as needed to reach targets.
- Attend and leverage opportunities from open houses (weekends and weekdays as assigned).
- Work beyond traditional hours (after 5 pm, nights, and weekends) to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with a support team to close leads and drive results.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and knowledge of the mortgage industry to succeed in a competitive market.
- Charismatic, outgoing, and capable of building rapid rapport with people.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a large sphere of influence.
- Ability to work independently, stay persistent, and be coachable.
- Knowledge of mortgage products and processes is advantageous.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours to achieve goals.

We rep 50+ lenders, banks, and investors, providing a large portfolio of loan products and the potential to close more deals. Our mission is to help you originate more loans, with leadership involvement to support your success. This is a remote position.
