Mortgage Loan Officer

We’re looking for charismatic, outgoing hustlers with a massive network who are natural-born relationship builders and lead-generating machines. If you can start conversations anywhere and build connections, you may be a fit for our squad.

• Source your own leads and close loans with support from the team.
• Work with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to close deals.
• Dial a high volume of calls as needed (examples: 15, 30, 40, or 100 calls per day).
• Attend open houses when required (examples: 5, 10, 25, or 50 per weekend).
• Focus on revenue generation and achieving personal and team goals.

• Hard-working, coachable mindset with a drive to connect and close.
• A vast network or strong ability to source leads and build relationships.
• Commitment to going beyond standard banking hours when necessary.
