Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Staff/Manager at Grill & Partners. The role is based in Fairfield, CT, with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, tax preparation, and providing accounting and finance support. The role also involves working closely with clients to offer strategic financial advice and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. The Staff/Manager will collaborate with other professionals in the firm to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing Financial Statements and Tax Preparation
• Certified Public Accounting (CPA) credentials preferred
• Strong knowledge in Finance and Accounting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in an office environment
• Experience with closely held companies and high-net-worth individuals is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
