I’m deep in the trenches: running pipelines, snagging leads, building relationships, and coaching. I teach how to fish, not just give the fish. And now, I need a back-end WARRIOR.

Your mission? When that app hits, you’re the go-to for structuring, teaching, and supporting. Especially for our 6 NEW LOs from the last 30 days – they need a guru like YOU. This is a remote position.

• Lead and support a team of Loan Officers.
• Structure loan files, teach best practices, and coach junior LOs.
• Manage pipelines, build relationships, and drive production.

• Experience as a Loan Officer with mastery of Conventional, Government, and Non-QM loans.
• Familiar with DU/LP; strong knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines.
• Leadership capability and a strong work ethic.
• Remote work capability.

• Salary range listed: $92,660 - $110,000.
