• Source and close mortgage loan leads 7 days a week.
• Make 15–30 calls a day and participate in 5–10 open‑house visits weekly.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and lenders.
• Use your extensive network to drive new business opportunities.
• Operate beyond typical banking hours to maximize closing opportunities.

• High‑energy, self‑motivated, and able to source leads independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Coachable mindset and tenacity for high‑volume sales.
• Experience or aptitude for mortgage lending desirable but not required.

• Remote, flexible location.
• Unlimited earning potential with no income caps.
• Full support from an experienced team to close deals.
