JOB DESCRIPTION:

ATI is hiring! We are seeking a seasoned Processor to join our client.

Responsible for reviewing and processing mortgage loan applications to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with lending guidelines. Works closely with loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers to gather documentation, verify financial information, and prepare files for underwriting and closing.

Key Duties:

• Review loan applications and documentation
• Communicate with borrowers for missing info
• Verify income, assets, and credit details
• Submit complete files to underwriting
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations

Requirements:

• Experience in mortgage processing, attention to detail, and strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with a wide range of technologies and systems

Additional Notes:

• At least 2 years’ experience in either title company, or mortgage processing work for reputable companies.
• Ability to understand and complete refinance and purchase transactions for residential real estate.
• Involves balancing CD’s, title knowledge, mortgage knowledge, and involvement with real estate agents.
• Reputation in the community as a quality person in the industry
• Work is in office, with some ability to work from home as needed
