Role Overview

We’re looking for licensed, experienced Mortgage Brokers or Loan Officers to originate loans under our capital platform. This is a remote, commission-only role ideal for brokers who already have a pipeline, referral base, or investor relationships.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of mortgage origination or loan brokering experience
• Existing referral network (agents, buyers, investors, etc.)
• Self-motivated, professional, and ready to close deals
• Comfortable in a performance-based commission structure

Compensation

• Commission-based (no base salary)
• Projected annual income range: $80,000 – $300,000+, depending on volume
