• Source your own leads and build a strong network to generate opportunities.
• Make a high-volume of outbound calls (15–100 calls per day, as needed) to pursue loan opportunities.
• Engage with potential clients through meetings, events, and community activities to grow your pipeline.
• Work beyond standard hours as needed to close deals and hit performance goals.
• Collaborate with the team to leverage a broad portfolio of loan products from 50+ lenders, banks, and investors.

• High energy, charismatic, and relationship-driven with a proven ability to source and convert leads.
• Strong work ethic, coachable mindset, and willingness to work to achieve goals.
• Experience in mortgage sales or lead generation is a plus; not required to apply.
• Ability to operate in a remote, fast-paced environment and manage a self-generated pipeline.
