We’re on the hunt for charismatic, outgoing hustlers who are natural-born relationship builders and lead-generating machines. The role involves sourcing your own leads, building a network, and closing mortgage loans with support from the team.

• Source your own leads and build a strong pipeline.
• Make a high volume of calls and engage in outreach to connect with prospective clients (the pace may range from 15 to 100 calls per day).
• Participate in open houses and community events to generate opportunities (frequency may vary based on activity and market conditions).
• Work to close loans with the support of the team, including after-hours availability as needed.
• Maintain a results-driven approach with a focus on performance and earnings potential.
• Collaborate with lenders, banks, and investors to access a broad loan product portfolio.

• High-energy, self-motivated individual with strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to source and convert leads through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Coachable mindset and a track record of perseverance and grit in sales or mortgage lending.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and communities.
