We’re a tribe of driven, high-energy hustlers with over 20 years in the mortgage industry. Satori Mortgage has funded tens of thousands of loans and offers a broad portfolio from 50+ lenders, banks, and investors. This role is designed to help you originate more loans with no income caps.

• Source your own leads and actively pursue opportunities to close loans.
• Be prepared to make high-volume outreach, with examples such as dialing 15, 30, 40, or up to 100 calls per day.
• Attend or visit open houses as part of lead generation (examples given include 5, 10, 25, or 50 events as needed).
• Work beyond typical banking hours, including evenings and weekends, to maintain performance and close deals.
• Collaborate with a support system to close leads and maximize earnings potential.
• Maintain a coachable mindset and a proactive approach to networking and client engagement.

We rep 50+ lenders, banks, and investors, providing a diverse loan product portfolio to close more customers.
