• Be prepared to dial 30, 40, or even 100 calls per day; visit 10, 25, or 50 open houses as needed.
• Our Loan Officers grind beyond "banking hours" and pick up the phone after 5 pm; this is not a typical 9 to 5 role.
• We provide total support to help you close leads 7 days a week, nights, and weekends.

• Outgoing, high-energy, lead-generation oriented mindset; able to start conversations anywhere.
• Coachable mindset with a drive to connect and close.
• Experience or comfort with a large portfolio of loan products and lenders (as described in the role context).
