We rep 50+ lenders, banks, and investors, giving you a massive portfolio of loan products and the power to close more customers. This means you can maximize earning potential with no income caps.
Responsibilities- You must source your own leads and build relationships to generate business.
- Engage in a proactive outreach approach, including calls and meetings after typical business hours when needed.
- Make a high volume of outreach attempts (examples cited include 15, 30, 40, or up to 100 calls per day) and participate in weekend activities such as open houses as required.
- Leverage your network and coachable mindset to close mortgage loans with support from the team as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to close deals and deliver results in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
- Charismatic, outgoing, and able to build relationships with a wide network and within the community.
- Strong lead-generation capability and willingness to source a personal pipeline.
- Ability to work beyond standard hours, including nights and weekends, to meet performance goals.
- Results-driven with grit, persistence, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
