Your success hinges on your ability to source your own leads

• Source your own leads and receive support to close deals — 7 days a week, nights, and weekends.
• Maintain a high-volume outreach routine to generate opportunities (e.g., calls, meetings, open houses).
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to originate more loans.
• Work beyond standard hours to maximize performance.

• Experience in mortgage sales with a proven ability to source and close leads.
• Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a coachable mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
