Overview

Join to apply for the Mortgage Loan Officer role at Satori Mortgage (NMLS: 4190).

This is a remote position with high earning potential and a focus on lead generation and relationship building.

Responsibilities
  • You gotta do "whatever it takes" to smash your goals, showing you know what's up in the mortgage game and have the grit to stick it out.
  • Source your own leads and actively manage a high-volume outreach plan (15 calls a day minimum; 30, 40, or 100+ calls as needed).
  • Engage in prospecting activities such as attending and visiting open houses (10, 25, or 50 as required) to generate opportunities.
  • Operate beyond standard business hours, picking up the phone after 5 pm; this is not a typical 9 to 5 role.
  • Work with a supportive team and a broad lender/product portfolio to close more deals and maximize earning potential.

Qualifications and Expectations
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills; ability to leverage a vast personal network or sphere of influence.
  • Proactive lead generation ability and coachable mindset.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
  • Comfort with high-volume calling and outreach to generate mortgage opportunities.
Company Details

Our remote team provides total support to help you close leads seven days a week, including nights and weekends.
