This remote position requires a high-energy, self-starting networker who can source and close mortgage leads.

We’re on the hunt for charismatic, outgoing hustlers with a vast network and a coachable mindset. We provide total support to help you close leads seven days a week, including nights and weekends.

• Source your own mortgage leads and build a pipeline.
• Make outbound calls (typical ranges discussed: 15, 30, 40, or more per day as needed).
• Attend and/or leverage events (open houses) to generate opportunities; may require 10, 25, or 50 open houses as part of activity goals.
• Work beyond standard hours to meet performance expectations, including after 5 pm as needed.
• Collaborate with a team with access to a broad lender product portfolio and support to close deals.
• Remote position with opportunities for high earning potential.
• Represent a company with 20+ years in the mortgage industry and a large portfolio of lenders and investors.

• High energy, ability to generate leads, strong relationship-building skills, and a coachable mindset.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours and to persist to meet or exceed goals.
