We are looking for charismatic, outgoing individuals who are natural-born relationship builders, able to source their own leads, and driven to achieve results. The role emphasizes high activity and lead generation to drive loan closures.

• Source your own leads and develop a pipeline of mortgage opportunities.
• Make a high volume of outreach efforts (calling 15–100 contacts per day as needed) to generate new business.
• Engage with potential borrowers through various channels and in person as needed (open houses and other community engagements).
• Close loans with support from the team, maintaining a strong work ethic and persistence beyond standard business hours when required.

• High-energy, results-driven attitude with a proven ability to generate and convert leads.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to connect with a broad range of people in the community.
• Coachable mindset and willingness to work collaboratively with the team to close deals.
• Comfort with non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to meet goals.
