We are a high-energy team seeking a charismatic, relationship-driven Mortgage Loan Officer to source and close mortgage loans.

• Source and manage your own leads to build a strong pipeline.
• Actively engage with prospects, including high-volume calling (e.g., 15, 30, 40, or more calls/day as needed).
• Attend and leverage open houses to generate opportunities (ranging from 5 to 50+ per weekend as needed).
• Work beyond standard hours to meet goals (nights and weekends as required).
• Collaborate with the team to close loans, with support available seven days a week.

• Charismatic, outgoing, and a natural-born relationship builder with a strong lead-generation mindset.
• Large network and a coachable, persistent attitude.
• Ability to work remotely and in a fast-paced sales environment; willingness to extend hours as needed.
• Experience in mortgage sales or lending is a plus but not required to apply.
