We are looking for a Director Insurance Operations to join our team at Data Annotation
. In this role, you will train AI models, measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.
You will need an expert level of financial reasoning. Related fields include financial accounting, investment banking, wealth management, and insurance planning.
Benefits- Full-time or part-time remote position

- Paid hourly starting at $50–$60 USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
- Give AI chatbots diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and other reasoning exercises related to finance management
- A current, in progress, or completed Master’s and/or PhD is preferred but not required
- Payment is made via Pay Pal. We will never ask for any money from you. Pay Pal will handle any currency conversions from USD.
