• Experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or similar sales role.
• Proven high‑conversion rate on live calls or comparable high‑stakes environments.
• Excellent communication and objection‑handling skills.
• Ability to work independently, covering nights and weekends as required.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven with relentless hustle.
