About Global Travel Rule
The Global Travel Rule (GTR) is a comprehensive solution for Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) to ensure compliance with the Travel Rule and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, as outlined by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Recommendation 16 and various national regulators.
Initiated by Binance in 2022, GTR serves as a secure and scalable messaging protocol for VASPs to exchange required Originator and Beneficiary information. GTR aims to bridge the gap between traditional finance (Trad Fi) and the crypto industry, providing a SWIFT-equivalent network for crypto exchanges and businesses.
Responsibilities- Conduct external presentations to other Virtual Asset Service Providers and/or external parties as needed
- Assist with the onboarding and technical integration process of new GTR members
- Assist with any vendor due diligence requirements from new GTR members
- Assist with market surveys or GTM efforts for new GTR features and products
- Provide continuous feedback to GTR's product development team
- 1-2 years working experience in the Virtual Asset Service Provider's Compliance/Product/BD teams. Institutional account management / sales experience would be a plus
- Reg Tech SaaS background would be a plus
- Basic understanding of FATF's Travel Rule regulations would be a plus
- Knowledge of the crypto exchange business and an interest in Web3
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills
