We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our dynamic team. This role demands a deep understanding of financial principles and a dedication to maintaining accurate company financials.

• Monitor and maintain monthly recurring revenue, including invoicing and collections, ensuring real‑time financial clarity.
• Manage collections recovery by communicating with customers about outstanding invoices and recovering failed payments via Stripe platform.
• Handle Stripe account maintenance including charging customers, issuing refunds, subscription status updates, and custom modifications.
• Issue invoices to customers and purchase orders to vendors, manage financial transactions, ensuring timely collections and payments.
• Oversee salary disbursements for approximately 30 employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Create and maintain a chart of accounts, including nominal and real accounts, and ensure accurate transaction tracking through T charts.
• Generate and maintain critical financial statements such as balance sheets, statements of cash flows, and income statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Conduct financial analyses such as discounted cash flow, weighted average cost of capital calculations, and DuPont framework analysis to assess company performance and make informed financial decisions.
• Reconstruct historical balance sheets to provide an accurate and comprehensive financial history of the company since its inception.

• Proficient in financial software and accounting principles, with a focus on Stripe platform management. And willingness to learn.
• Familiarity in handling large-scale invoicing, payroll management, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to conduct various financial analyses and ratio calculations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer and vendor interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree or BBA in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proactive and self‑motivated, capable of independently managing financial operations and contributing to the strategic financial planning of the company.

• Experience in the tech or cloud gaming industry is highly beneficial.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and tools, with a strong understanding of data analysis techniques.
