- Minimum 2 years of direct Pension/Retirement Plan Administration experience
- Relius experience is required
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
- Excellent Excel, communication, and organizational skills
- Administer retirement plans (eligibility, contributions, compliance testing)
- Prepare Form 5500 filings and plan documents
- Communicate with clients, advisors, auditors, and recordkeepers
