• Provide personalized concierge support to RBG advisors and their clients
• Actively engage with clients to encourage resumption of contributions
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance client contributions
• Collaborate with RBG advisors to identify improvement opportunities for client contribution rates
• Educate clients on the benefits of regular contributions and their impact on retirement security

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Series 6, 63, life, health, and variable licenses required
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or client‑facing role within the financial services industry
• Proven experience in financial services, particularly in retirement planning or sales support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and advisors

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Series 7, Series 66) preferred but not required
